Fishing Regulations of the DEER PARK LAKE

 

 

• Fishing is only practiced in no-kill

 

• 3 rods per fisherman (a 4th one at an extra charge of 5 euros)

 

• Barbless hooks are mandatory. Microbars or barbs completely crushed with pliers are accepted. Only one hook per line

 

• Braided line body strictly prohibited, as well as nylons less than 28/100 or more than 45/100 (except line head of 5 m maximum)

 

• Lead-core is prohibited, only assemblies that allow the easy release of lead in case of breakage are allowed. We reserve the right to rewind the lines for verification.

 

• The receiving mats must always be wet. We strongly recommend weighing bags with rigid reinforcement.

 

• The fish must be protected, permanently moistened and returned to the water as soon as possible after a quick photo session, kneeling fisherman and the fish above the wet landing mat.

 

• The seeds must be well cooked, especially the tiger nuts.

 

• Obligation to hold and use a special fish disinfectant. It is to be put on the hook bite and any wound. It is strictly forbidden to mark or mutilate fish

• Boats are not allowed on the lake for sanitary reason, the rest of your equipment must be disinfected. We rent boat but it is possible to bring your own electric motor as well it has to be disinfect on site.

• Only dark tents are accepted (green, black, brown, camouflage).

 

• Generators are prohibited.

 

• Only free-standing barbecues are allowed.

 

• At the end of your stay, it is strictly forbidden to throw the rest of your bait into the water.

 

• Each fisherman is responsible for his own garbage cans. It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the pond.

 

The management reserves the right to exclude immediately from the site and without refund if the instructions are not respected or in case of obvious drunkenness of a fisherman.
